Need to cancel or reschedule?
We get it. Sometimes life happens. 

We do our best to offer a cancelation policy that is flexible while also keeping our staff and studios needs in mind. 

All cancelation updates must be done through email to hithere@handthrown.studio.

There are no refunds offered for day-of cancelations or no-shows.

For multi-week classes, if you need to cancel your booking and would like a full refund we require 7 days notice prior to the start of the session. We cannot offer full refunds if you miss the 7 day period.

For one day classes and workshops, if you need to cancel your booking and would like a full refund we require 7 days notice prior to the date of the class. If you miss the 7 day deadline and still need to cancel there is a 50% processing fee. We cannot offer refunds within 48 hours of the class date.

Illness Related Cancelations, If you need to remove yourself from class due to illness and are unable to give sufficient notice to the studio, we recommend gifting your spot in class to a friend or family member. We do our best to accommodate for illness, but without sufficient notice it isn’t always possible.

If you received a credit in March of 2020 due to COVID, we are no longer able to refund that purchase.
